I would like to give you some feedback from our function held last Saturday night. The staff were really friendly and the guy who looked after us (Jason I think - red head) was the best, hang on to him. Great customer service! The food was impeccable everyone at the two tables we had were raving to me how good the food was. I have recommended you guys to all and sundry. Our guests ranged in age from 21 to 86. To begin with the restaurant is located in a quaint laneway with loads of atmosphere. On arrival we
were warmly greeted by staff who showed us to our table. The menu was extensive. Starters of squid
and scallops were well presented and tasty.We choose the orange and star anise confit duck the
twice cooked rosemary lamb rack for mains. Both meals were attractively presented and delicious.
The vegetable side order of cauliflower was a winner. Both meals were generous in proportion. To top
it off we had enough room to share the stick date pudding. Wine list was also extensive. The
atmosphere and decore was very good and our Canadian waitress was very attentive, without being
overbearing. In all a GREAT dining experience. We will return when next in Melbourne. Highly
recommended.

It was our wedding anniversary. Both my husband and I were
extremely impressed with the staff, excellent customer service skills. We had to wait for our meals
because they were very busy, but the waitress that was looking after us keep us informed and
apologised for the delay. The meals were well presented and very enjoyable. The atmosphere of the
restaurant was great and we will be booking again in the future for a group of friends and would have
no hesitation in recommending The Mill to anybody looking for good restaurant offering great service
and food!

Also, just for the record, the steak that I had on the night was equal to, if not the best steak I have eaten anywhere across Australia or overseas. The quality and the combination of flavours on the plate has left me raving on about it to my family here at home and we will definitely visit you again when next in Melbourne.

"We had a girls night out with a Jump on it voucher. Despite not being able to get drink easily in Charlies bar (it was happy hour for cocktails) we headed upstairs and could not fault anything. Our waitress
(?Canadian) was delightful and so very attentive. What a great meal and every dish she recommended was
superb. Great value, great atmosphere and would def return Thanks"

Massive cocktail list great for parties and groups. The food was delicious and good value for money.
