VALENTINE'S DAY AT THE MILL
Spoil your loved one on February 14th with a fabulous dinner at the Mill and a romantic drink in Charlie's Bar. Set menu prices are $55 for 2 courses and $65 for 3 (including a glass of bubbly on arrival), with an option of wine matches included for $90. Charlie's Bar will be running cocktail specials all night.

Duck liver parfait with toasted brioche and date chutney
Pan seared haloumi and candied mandarin with a beetroot and Spanish onion salad
Cumin dusted squid with fresh lemon, wilted greens and paprika salt

Pappadelle with sautéed wild mushrooms, fresh herbs and finished with crème fraiche and grana padano
Seared Atlantic salmon on crushed lemon and thyme kipflers finished with a summer fruit and fresh herb salsa
Semidried tomato and sage stuffed chicken breast served with a saffron and gruyere risotto finished with paprika oil
Cherry glazed roasted rack of lamb with baby chats, dutch carrots and a rich jus gras

Decadent chocolate truffle cake with vanilla and hazelnut crème fraiche and raspberry coulis — a dessert to be shared!

THE BAR AT THE MILL
The Bar area at the Mill has a capacity of 70 standing and 40 seated. You are welcome to reserve this area exclusively for your next party. Or - just come on down, grab a seat at the bar and enjoy some of our fantastic bar food. There is also bench seating outside in the lane way, perfect for lazy after work drinks in the sun!
SUNDAY'S AT THE MILL
Sunday's at the Mill, the restaurant and the bar open at 5. Come in and prop up the bar for a drink and some tapas - great for a lazy afternoon or grab a seat under the stars in the lane way, or sit down at a table and relax over a meal - you decide! Large groups are welcomed.
